Kat is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families to deepen their connection and build stronger, more secure relationships. Grounded in attachment theory, Kat works to help uncover and heal patterns rooted in attachment dynamics. Her approach is rooted in the belief that emotional connection is at the heart of healthy relationships and personal well-being.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, she is dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate life's challenges in a compassionate and collaborative environment. Through a blend of evidence-based practices and attachment-focused interventions, she aims to empower individuals to break free from old patterns, create lasting emotional security, and experience deeper, more fulfilling relationships. Kat is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) & Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).
