Insurance & Payment Options
We accept health plans from major insurance providers, as well as offer cash pay options.
Don’t see your plan on our coverage list, or are we out of network with your plan?
We offer superbills (or detailed receipts) to provide to your insurance for possible out of network reimbursement.
Cash Pay Rate: $150 per 55 minute session (ages 4+)
Insurance plans accepted will vary by inividual provider.
Functional Testing is an out of pocket expense that is not covered by insurance.
