Our Services

Here at The Therapy Collective of MI, we offer evidence-based treatment services that are tailored to you as an individual. Healing is not "one size fits all," and neither is therapy.

Holistic wellness is the practice of nurturing both mind and body to achieve optimal health and balance. It involves integrating tools like mindfulness, meditation, and individual therapy to reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being, and promote relaxation. Holistic care also emphasizes the importance of movement, nutrition, and creating supportive environments. At The Therapy Collective, our clinicians honor the powerful connection between mental and physical health and how it shapes our overall well-being.

Our clinicians show up to every session as the true version of themselves.

We are humans first, therapists second.

This authentic perspective that we live and practice by allows us to connect more deeply with our clients.

Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a form of treatment that aims to improve an individual's mental health and well-being. Speaking with a therapist can help individuals gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a non-invasive, evidence-based type of therapy that uses sensory input to help people deal with, recover from, and overcome trauma and emotional distress.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a supportive space where individuals can connect, share, and grow together. Led by a skilled therapist, group sessions focus on common challenges, fostering mutual understanding and personal growth. It's a powerful way to gain insight, practice new skills, and feel less alone in your journey.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps children express their emotions and resolve conflicts through play. By using toys, games, and creative activities, children can communicate feelings and experiences they may struggle to articulate verbally. In a safe and supportive environment, play therapy allows children to explore their thoughts, work through challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based therapy that uses eye movements and visualization techniques to help individuals process and resolve trauma, anxiety, and other distressing experiences. This approach empowers clients to reframe negative memories and reduce emotional pain in a rapid, often transformative way.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship faces challenges—but you don't have to navigate them alone. Couples therapy offers a safe space to improve communication, deepen understanding, and reignite the connection with your partner.

Substance Use Disorder & Addictions Counseling

Substance use and addictions counseling offers support for individuals struggling with alcohol, drugs, or other compulsive behaviors. This type of therapy helps clients understand the underlying causes of their substance use, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re in recovery, exploring your relationship with substances, or seeking support for a loved one, counseling provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal.

What Our Clients Say

I have seen several different therapists and counselors throughout my life but Emily was the first to really be able to help me. I like to take a more holistic approach to life and Emily fits that perfectly. She incorporates Reiki and holistic strategies into our sessions which have helped me immensely. In the 5 years I have been seeing her, she has helped me find ways to heal from my traumas and has taught me skills to better manage my anxiety. I wish I would have found her sooner.
