Mind + body wellness is the concept of achieving optimal health by balancing the connection between the mind and body. It involves practices such as meditation, one on one talk therapy, and mindfulness to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall physical and mental health. Mind + body wellness also means taking care of our physical bodies through things like movement and nutrition. Our clinicians recognize the strength of the mind + body connection and how it impacts and influences our mental and emotional health.

Play Therapy
Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps children express their emotions and resolve conflicts through play. By using toys, games, and creative activities, children can communicate feelings and experiences they may struggle to articulate verbally. In a safe and supportive environment, play therapy allows children to explore their thoughts, work through challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies
