ADHD & Autism Assessments

COMING SOON!

A combined ADHD and autism assessments* for clients ages 14 and older, conducted by master’s-level clinicians who specialize in and have received training in neurodivergence, specifically ADHD and autism.

What a formal diagnosis may be used for:

  • College accommodations and mental health or academic support: Every school has its own requirements. Some want a letter, some want a specific form, and some want the full report. Check with your school’s disability office first so you know what to ask for.

  • School plans for adolescents: The report can support a 504 plan and similar supports. It is not a substitute for the evaluation a school completes for an IEP, which is typically done by the school psychologist.

  • Workplace accommodations: Employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations, but each employer decides what counts as reasonable. We can support your request, and we can’t guarantee how it will be received.

  • Psychiatry & Medication Management

  • Insurance purposes

What it cannot be used for:

  • SSDI applications: For those, you’ll need an evaluation from a psychologist or a medical doctor.

  • Adolescents under age 14

Not sure if this is for you?
You don’t need a deadline or a form to fill out to be curious. Adults come to assessment for many reasons, including (but not limited to):

  • You were never evaluated as a child, or you were told it was anxiety, depression, or “just your personality.”

  • You’re a woman or were assigned female at birth, and you wonder if ADHD or autism was missed because it didn’t look like what people expect.

  • You recognized yourself while reading about it, or while learning about a child, partner, or friend.

  • You’ve done therapy and some patterns still don’t add up.

  • Certain things take far more effort for you than for others, like focus, sensory overload, social energy, or transitions.

  • You want language and a deeper understanding of why you work the way you do.

An assessment may or may not result in a diagnosis. Either way, you’ll leave with a clearer picture.

Before we begin, we’ll talk with you about what information you’re looking for and how the results will be used. This assessment can also help families decide whether our assessments will meet your needs or if a full neuropsychological evaluation is the best step.

Details on options, pricing, and booking are on the way.
