A Bit About Me
As a psychotherapist, Jennifer is passionate about supporting individuals along their journey. Using a holistic lens, Jennifer works to make shift happen with the goal of helping clients reach a more comfortable way of being and interacting with the world around them. She fully believes there is no "one size fits all" approach to healing, and meets clients where they are while incorporating her expertise and knowledge in the process.
Jennifer utilizes a trauma-focused, strengths based approach in getting to know and understand what drives behavior, relationships and emotional regulation. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and transitional aged youth, as well as women. She fully believes that investing in our inner journey is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves and strives to be a guide and partner in the process.
