A Bit About Me
Maria is dedicated to developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with her clients. She is passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
She approaches the therapeutic process through an integrative approach that is holistic, client centered, and strengths based. Maria also brings a playfulness to the therapeutic space as a drama therapist intern. She is passionate about providing space for her clients to explore and find meaning through role play. Her areas of focus include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and self-identity. Maria will curate a therapeutic experience best suited for you and will always prioritize your comfort and goals in the therapy space.
Maria is studying Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy at Lesley University.
She is being supervised by Emily Wezner-Stepaniak, LPC, NCC.
