Maria is dedicated to developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with her clients. She is passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. As a neurodivergent therapist, Maria understands the complexities that come with navigating life while embracing your authentic way of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.
She approaches the therapeutic process through an integrative approach that is holistic, client-centered, and strengths-based. Maria also brings a playfulness and creativity to the therapeutic space as a drama therapist. She is passionate about helping clients explore their identities, emotions, and lived experiences through role exploration and play. Her areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety, neurodiversity, self-identity, self-esteem, and life transitions.
